Shipping:
In stock items are shipped within 2 weeks of your order.

Shipping and Handling Charges will be calculated at checkout and are for continental U.S.A. only.

Orders to the Pacific Northwest States such as California, may incur additional shipping charges. If your shipping charge will be higher than stated we will email you for confirmation BEFORE processing your order.

For items in our Hand Painted Collection, shipping charges are 14% of you total order.

Returns:
How to return an item:

  1. Contact seatingdepot.com customer service department by phone or e-mail to obtain a return authorization number.
  2. Mark the box clearly with return authorization number.
  3. Ship the item back via ups or usps to the address given to you by our representative.

Seating Depot is not responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. We can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse after inspection. There is a 15% restocking fee (20% restocking fee for Hand Painted Collection) on all returned items, unless the error is ours. Shipping and handling charges either way are non-refundable.

Most 24" counter stools are nonreturnable (except for damage) since they are custom cut.

Closeout items are nonreturnable.

Items returned more than 30 days after receiving it will not be refunded.
